3 years agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (knee) is still in jeopardy of missing the Week 1 opener against the Denver Broncos. Although Barkley has been making contact during recent practice sessions, which is a good sign, team medical staff will continue to take things slow with the former Nittany Lion. The 24-year-old hasn't played since the start of the 2020 season after he tore the ACL in his right knee. Nonetheless, even if Barkley is healthy enough to suit up, he could very likely be on a snap count of some sort.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
