Scooter Gennett Launches Solo Homer
6 years agoCincinnati Reds second baseman Scooter Gennett went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in his team's 10-3 loss to the Cleveland Indians on Monday. The All-Star second baseman has cooled since the All-Star break and that goes down as his first homer since July 29. While he hasn't been as dominant in the second half, overall Gennett is still one of the top fantasy producers at second base this season. He is hitting .306 with 18 homers, 68 runs, 69 RBI, and three steals. He will have his work cut out for him on Tuesday as he takes one two-time Cy Young winner Corey Kluber. If you have a different fantasy option at second base it would be a good idea to go that route on Tuesday.
