6 years agoCincinnati Reds second baseman Scooter Gennett is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Colorado Rockies. He will be replaced at second base by Brandon Dixon, who is batting seventh. This appears to be a regular day of rest for Gennett, who dealt with a sore throwing shoulder back in April. Gennett has been one of the top second basemen in all of fantasy this season, batting .344 with 12 homers, 32 runs, and 44 RBI. If you've been relying on him for fantasy, be sure to get him out of your active lineup on Thursday.--Matt T - RotoBaller
