4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies infielder/outfielder Scott Kingery was among the seven Phillies to test positive for COVID-19. Relief pitcher Tommy Hunter, outfielder Mikie Mahtook and coaches Rob Thomson, Jim Gott and Greg Brodzinski also tested positive. Kingery said he had the virus in mid-June and experienced severe symptoms, including migraines, shortness of breath, fatigue, chills and loss of sense of taste. Those infected have not been with the team and must self-isolate and produce two negative tests before being allowed to report to summer camp. Kingery said he already tested negative once and is working on ramping up his physical activity. If he can be ready for Opening Day, his multi-position eligibility would make him an attractive fantasy asset at pick No. 181 on average.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
