5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies infielder/outfielder Scott Kingery is not in the Phillies starting lineup Monday night at the Cubs. Kingery was activated from the Injured List Sunday and went 1-for-3 with a run scored and a stolen base. Kingery is an interesting prospect for fantasy as he stole 10 bases in limited playing time last season and consistently hit near .300 in the high minors. This season he is batting .400 with a stellar .480 wOBA in 15 games but still seems to be the odd man out in the regular Phillies lineup. Kingery will see playing time at a variety of positions but he'll need to keep up this production to force the Phillies to play him every day. His multi-position eligibility makes him a valuable asset in daily-lineup leagues but he'll need to see more regular playing time to be usable in weekly lineup leagues.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
