6 years agoSpeaking on Tuesday, Cincinnati Reds manager Bryan Price said that outfielder Scott Schebler (elbow) could return to the starting lineup as early as Wednesday and no later than Friday. Schebler has been on the disabled list for most of the season with an elbow injury. Schebler showed off his power potential in 2017, hitting .233 with 30 home runs and 67 RBI over 141 games. Cincinnati's outfield is a bit crowded with Adam Duvall, Billy Hamilton and Jesse Winker also needing playing time, but when Schebler returns, he should be started in most fantasy leagues on days where he is in the lineup due to his power potential alone.--Dan Fappiano
