2 years agoPhiladelphia Flyers center Sean Couturier (back) is out for the remainder of the season after undergoing back surgery on Friday. Couturier last played on December 18 and appeared in only 29 games this season, totaling six goals, 11 assists and 17 points. Couturier is expected to need three months to recover from the surgery and he should be ready for the start of next season, as he enters the first year of an eight-year, $62 million contract extension that he signed in the offseason.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
