7 years agoLos Angeles Rams backup quarterback Sean Mannion struggled in the preseason opener against the Ravens on Thursday, completing just three of 13 passes for 16 yards and an interception. He was also sacked twice and had several passes deflected at the line of scrimmage. However, Mannion also didn't play with any of the starters on the offensive line, at running back or receiver. Brandon Allen and rookie Luis Perez are behind Mannion. If Jared Goff were to suffer an injury this year and miss time, the Rams could be in some serious trouble under center.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
