Sean McDermott Has Total Confidence In Gabriel Davis
2 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Gabriel Davis has earned "total confidence" from his head coach Sean McDermott as the team opened up training camp on Monday. "From Day 1, he's made plays. He worked, he worked, he worked. When he was given his shot he made the most of it." Davis figures to slot in as the Bills' second option in the passing game now that Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley are no longer on the team, but McDermott mentioned that the 23-year-old still has to "earn it." After Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs, Davis would be the third-most valuable piece in this high-powered Buffalo passing attack should he officially earn that No. 2 role. Still, he figures to be best valued as a WR3 for fantasy managers, but there is obviously a ton of upside in drafting the potential breakout candidate.
