3 years agoOakland Athletics catcher Sean Murphy went 1-for-4 with a strikeout in a win over the Royals on Sunday. Murphy is now batting just .208 this season and is batting an icy .180 in the month of June. The sophomore backstop was expected to take a leap forward with the bat this season, but that hasn't happened as he's striking out 27 percent of the time and he isn't producing in the power department either as his ISO is just .174, down 50 points from last season. Murphy still has upside in two-catcher leagues, but the majority of fantasy managers can leave the 26-year-old on waivers.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
