4 years agoSeattle Seahawks running backs Chris Carson (foot) and Carlos Hyde (hamstring) are expected to return to practice this week in hopes of eventually being cleared to play Sunday against the Rams. The absence of the duo in the backfield has paved the way for DeeJay Dallas to see extended duties, while Travis Homer has also filled in as a backup. When healthy, Carson has proven adept at carrying the Seahawks' backfield, although the status of Hyde, and the emerging Dallas, may throw the team's rep pattern into flux. Hyde's only path to fantasy relevance Sunday would be for Carson to remain sidelined, thereby giving the veteran the inside track to lead back duties. Check back throughout the week for updates on both, even as they're set to face a stout Rams Defense in Week 10.--Jesse Borek
