3 years agoThe Seattle Seahawks defense has been improving over the last month or so and they could have some fantasy value in Week 11 against the Arizona Cardinals. The defense has generated at least one turnover in six straight games, and they've generated at least one turnover in all but one game this season. The Cardinals scored 30 or more points in six of their first seven games, but they've fallen short of that number in two of their last three -- mainly with Kyler Murray (ankle) missing the last two games. Murray may return this weekend, but it's unclear if wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) is going to be able to go. This Seattle defense still isn't an elite unit, but they could have a solid game this week.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
