6 years agoColumbus Blue Jackets goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky turned aside all 26 shots he faced in Tuesday's 4-0 victory against the New York Islanders. He was able to improve to 33-23-1 with a 2.62 goals-against average and .911 save percentage with eight shutouts, with a lot of that good work coming recently. The impending free-agent is trying his best to get the Jackets into the postseason, going 3-1-0 with a 0.76 GAA and .976 save percentage over the past four outings. The Jackets and fantasy owners hope he can stay hot in Thursday's ultra-important battle for playoff position against the Montreal Canadiens.--Daniel Dobish
