Several Teams Interested In Noah Syndergaard

2 years agoMLB Network's Jon Heyman reported Monday that the Toronto Blue Jays, Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves are all interested in Los Angeles Angels starting pitcher Noah Syndergaard. Thor has had a solid season, going 5-8 with a 3.83 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 18.9% strikeout rate over 15 starts and 80 innings pitched. He has been a useful fantasy option, and his fantasy value would certainly increase if he were traded to any of these teams, as the Angels have not provided much in terms of run support. The Braves did trade for starting pitcher Jake Odorizzi on Monday, but fantasy managers should keep an eye out for further news from these three teams as the trade deadline approaches on Tuesday.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
