3 years agoTampa Bay Rays pitcher Shane Baz (elbow) allowed one run on a hit while striking out five with no walks across 2 1/3 innings in Thursday's rehab appearance with Triple-A Durham. His only mistake was surrendering a solo shot to Lewin Diaz. He threw 24 pitches, landing 19 for strikes. It was the right-hander's first start since October. The 22-year-old is on the 60-day injured list and won't be able to return until early June. Baz is expected to make few rehab appearances with Triple-A Durham until he's ready to return to the big leagues. Fantasy managers should continue to stash Baz on their rosters in all league formats.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
