5 years agoCleveland starter Shane Bieber pitched deep into a game once again, allowing two runs in 7 1/3 innings of a 5-2 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies on Friday night. Bieber gave up seven hits and zero walks, with his seven strikeouts now putting him at 252 K for the season in 209 innings. The Indians are currently tied for the second Wild Card with the Tampa Bay Rays and Bieber is scheduled to make his final start off the regular season on Thursday in Chicago against the White Sox.--Nicklaus Gaut - RotoBaller
