7 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Shane Bieber was sent back down to Triple-A after his start on Thursday. The team had said all along that it would just be a spot start in order to give Trevor Bauer an extra day off between starts. Bieber was decent in his start, tossing 5 2/3 innings, allowing four runs on eight hits while striking out six. He ended up with a no-decision in his major league debut. He'll be back whenever Cleveland needs another starter.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
