4 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Shane McClanahan allowed three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out seven over six innings of work in a 13-3 win over the Angels on Saturday. It was his second quality start in a row, as he has allowed four runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out 15 over his last 12 innings of work. Over his last seven starts now, McClanahan has gone 2-2 with a 3.78 ERA and 39 strikeouts in 33 1/3 innings of work. Managers will want to avoid him in his next start though, as he's in line for a tough matchup against the Blue Jays.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
