Shaquille Leonard Activated From PUP List

2 years agoThe Indianapolis Colts activated linebacker Shaquille Leonard (back) from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Tuesday. Leonard can now practice with the team and won't have to miss the first four games of the regular season. The three-time All-Pro had ankle surgery in July of last year and also went under the knife in June to fix two discs in his back. It remains to be seen if the 27-year-old will be ready for Week 1 of the regular season, but it's great news for fantasy managers in IDP leagues that Leonard won't start the year on the PUP list. Despite injury issues in recent seasons, Leonard has had 121-plus tackles in all four of his NFL seasons. Although he won't be in play as a top-five fantasy linebacker heading into 2022, he should still be rostered in all IDP formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
