4 years agoPhiladelphia Flyers defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere (undisclosed) will not play in the team's season opener against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday. The 27-year-old is still on the Flyers' active roster, however, suggesting the injury is not too serious. Gostisbehere was one of the best offensive defensemen in the league just a few years ago, but has steadily fallen from grace.
