Theodore has two goals, eight assists, and a minus-nine rating through 21 games this season. The 23-year-old was a trendy breakout pick heading into the season. He has shown flashes of his offensive brilliance but struggled to maintain consistency. Theodore sees time with the second power-play unit but has ceded the top-unit role to Colin Miller.
