5 years agoMontreal Canadiens defenseman Shea Weber produced his first multi-goal performance of the season on Saturday, netting two power-play goals in a 3-2 win over the Kings. Nate Thompson also scored for the Habs, while Jonathan Drouin collected two assists. Carey Price improved his record for the year to 8-4-2 with a 31-save effort. Weber had a slow start to the season, but he's been rolling nicely in recent weeks, notching 11 points across his last 11 outings. Only Brendan Gallagher (62) has tallied more shots on goal in a Montreal uniform than Weber (46) this season.
