4 years agoSeattle Mariners second baseman/outfielder Shed Long Jr. is out of the lineup in Wednesday's game against the Angels. The 24-year-old is getting a night off after appearing in each of the first five games of the season, while totaling three hits, three RBI, two stolen bases and two runs scored through 22 plate appearances. Dee Gordon will make the start at second base and bat eighth against left-hander Andrew Heaney.
