5 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo went 2-for-5 with an RBI and two runs scored Thursday night. Choo is now riding a seven-game hitting streak, though Thursday was the first multi-hit game of the streak. Choo is quietly putting together a nice season for fantasy owners with a .284 average with 17 home runs and 66 runs scored batting leadoff for a good Texas lineup. He should be owned in almost all leagues except very shallow formats and he is must-own anywhere that uses on-base percentage or rewards points for walks. He walks at a 10.5 percent rate and his .379 OBP is top-20 in the Majors. He'll look to stay hot tonight against Daniel Mengden and the A's.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
