4 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo collected his third home run of the season on Wednesday night. Choo smacked the first pitch of the game out of the park off A's starter Sean Manaea. The veteran lefty now has the strange season line of four hits and three home runs. So despite a .167 batting average, he has an OPS of .827. Choo has appeared in nine of the Rangers' 10 games this year and regularly finds himself in the leadoff spot at least half the time. Texas hasn't been rolling on offense, but there is enough hitting in that lineup to get Choo a few runs scored. He should be owned in all five-outfielder leagues for now and is worth a bench spot in points league thanks to his ability to take a walk.--Euan Leith
