7 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Shohei Ohtani's finger now has a callus where the blister was previously. As such, Ohtani does not believe that the blister will be an issue for him the rest of the season. Ohtani was able to throw 5 1/3 innings, giving up four runs on five walks with seven strikeouts on Tuesday. It wasn't his sharpest outing, but he was able to hit 101 mph on the radar gun and looked completely healthy. There should not be any concerns going forward.--patton
