2 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Sonny Gray (hamstring) left his start early on Friday against the Chicago White Sox with right hamstring tightness. Before exiting, Gray allowed two earned runs on five hits while walking one and striking out two in four innings. It remains to be seen if he'll be able to make his next scheduled start next Wednesday against the New York Yankees in the Bronx. Stay tuned for more updates on the 32-year-old right-hander either after the game or Saturday morning. Coming into the day, Gray had a 7-4 record, 3.04 ERA (3.42 FIP), a 1.11 WHIP and a 99:32 K:BB in 100 2/3 innings over 20 starts for the Twins. He's been useful in all fantasy leagues in 2022.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
