4 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Sonny Gray had a rough night in an 8-5 loss to the Chicago Cubs on Thursday. Gray allowed five runs in 3 1/3 innings while striking out four and walking three. The loss drops Gray's record to 5-3 with a 3.94 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, and 60 strikeouts in 45 2/3 innings of work. Gray got off to an excellent start this season but he's starting to cool as he's allowed 11 earned runs over his past two starts. He has a good shot at bouncing back in his next start, which will come against the Pittsburgh Pirates.--Matt T - RotoBaller
