4 years agoNew England Patriots running back Sony Michel (foot) will likely be eased back into the mix ahead of Sunday's Week 1 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Michel has only practiced for the last two weeks after undergoing offseason foot surgery. While he is expected to suit up for Week 1, it seems apparent that the Patriots will limit his initial workload. This caps Michel's fantasy value in the early season and will get Rex Burkhead and James White more involved in the offense against the Dolphins. Rookie running back Damien Harris (finger) will also fight for touches when he returns from the injured list, but the backfield is unquestionably Michel's when he is back at full health.
