3 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Sony Michel (shoulder) suffered an injury in the team's Week 6 win over the New York Giants, but it is not expected to sideline him at all. Head coach Sean McVay said on Monday when talking to the press that he still expects Michel to suit up for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions in Week 7. With rookie running back Jake Funk (hamstring) being placed on season-ending Injured Reserve, the Rams cannot afford to have Michel be unavailable for any amount of time. Michel remains a premium backup option behind starter Darrell Henderson Jr.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
