Sony Michel Week 17 Outlook for Fantasy Football

2 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Sony Michel has been on a roll of late, but he could sputter a bit in Week 17 against the Baltimore Ravens. Teammate Darrell Henderson Jr. (knee) is out for this game after being placed on Injured Reserve, and that leaves Michel as the leading man in a backfield that lacks experience. Michel has seen 20 or more touches in each of his last four games, and he's put up double-digit fantasy points in three of those four. The Ravens are 12th in fantasy points allowed to running backs and sixth in DVOA against the run, however. Michel likely won't have the same ceiling as he's had in recent weeks, but with the amount of volume he's likely to receive, fantasy managers should continue to consider him a strong RB2 play.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
