3 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Spencer Howard is certainly going to be a work in progress for the organization. He turned in a decent outing last time on the mound, but was rocked during Thursday's contest. Howard went two innings, five hits allowed, five earned runs, one walk, and three strikeouts in the 9-8 loss to the Seattle Mariners. The Rangers aren't playing for much so they might as well leave Howard in the rotation and let him get experience. There's certainly upside here with Howard, but he can be ignored in all fantasy formats right now.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
