2 years agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Spencer Strider continued to mow hitters down in Tuesday's 13-1 win over the Phillies. Strider pitched 6 2/3 innings, allowing one run on three hits and a walk with 13 strikeouts. The 23-year-old has been a strikeout machine since joining the starting rotation and now is 6-3 with a 2.79 ERA and 133 strikeouts through 87 IP. Strider's next scheduled start will likely be a tough one at the Mets, but he has earned the right to be started by fantasy managers in tough matchups.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
