7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainwright threw a bullpen session Friday. It will be several days before his spot in the rotation comes back around, but there has not been a decision as to whether or not he'll take the mound. Even if he does take the mound, fantasy owners should be cautious streaming him as a waiver wire pitcher for his next start. Even if he comes back totally healthy, Wainwright will have a lower pitch limit. Wainwright has not been terrible by any means. He is 1-2 with a 3.45 ERA, but has faced some dangerous lineups.--Blake Sullivan
