7 years agoAfter not hitting a home run in the month of April, Marlins second baseman Starlin Castro hit his second home run of May on Friday night for his only hit in Miami's 6-3 win over Atlanta. Castro is currently tied for the lead with 18 RBI this season, leads the team in runs scored with 21 and is second behind J.T. Realmuto with a .287 average. While his season numbers are good, he is hitting just .206 in May, and .105 over his last five games with four strikeouts.
