Starlin Castro Picks Up Two More RBI
6 years agoMiami Marlins shortstop Starlin Castro went 2-for-5 during his team's 11-3 victory over the Giants on Tuesday. The nine-year veteran was productive, driving in two RBI off of a double to center in the bottom of the third in addition to picking up a run off of an infield single by Miguel Rojas. Over the last two games, Castro has produced four RBI thanks, in large part, to Miami's resurgence on the offensive side of the ball as of late. However, he will likely be unable to sustain this momentum over the long-haul but will look to keep it going on Wednesday against Madison Bumgarner, with Castro going 14-for-33 with three RBI and six strikeouts lifetime against the lefty.
