Starling Marte Still Out Tuesday
2 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Starling Marte (groin) remains out of the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Atlanta Braves. Marte injured his groin on Saturday and hasn't played since, but fantasy managers should continue to consider him day-to-day. When healthy, the 33-year-old is a must-start in fantasy because of his modest power and speed profile. He's hitting .291/.342/.462 with nine home runs, 40 RBI, 50 runs scored and 10 stolen bases in 299 at-bats in his first year with the Mets. Travis Jankowski is starting in right field on Tuesday and is hitting eighth against Braves right-hander Spencer Strider. DFS gamers should look to avoid Jankowski. He still hasn't homered while going 9-for-45 (.200) with three stolen bases on the year.
