3 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Starling Marte went 1-for-4 with an RBI, a run scored, and a stolen base in a win over the Giants on Friday. The steal was his 36th of the season and his 13th steal without being caught since being traded to Oakland at the trade deadline. Marte is tied with Kansas City's Whit Merrifield for the league lead in steals and the two AL speedsters are head and shoulders above third-place Trea Turner, who is sitting on 24 steals this season.
