Steelers Add To Receiving Core With Chase Claypool
5 years agoThe Pittsburgh Steelers selected wide receiver Chase Claypool out of Notre Dame with the 49th pick in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will return in 2020 to get a big-bodied weapon in Claypool, who is quite agile despite his 6-4 size. The receiver finished with 66 receptions, 1,037 yards, and 13 touchdowns in 2019 and should compete for the role of WR2 on the team alongside JuJu Smith-Schuster. Claypool has a legitimate chance to be fantasy-worthy as he should see a fair share of playing time.
