Washington is a deep threat that led the nation in receiving yards (1,549) in 2017, and he finished with the second most career receiving yards (4,472) in Big 12 history. It makes sense for the Steelers to draft a player of this caliber after they traded deep threat Martavis Bryant to the Raiders on Thursday.
