3 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs tied his season-high with 13 targets last week. The production hasn't been the same as a season ago, but the volume is still there for Diggs. That being said, Diggs should remain a mid-range WR1 for the Week 15 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. A defense that is fairly average when it comes to containing the passing attack. Obviously, the Bills are a pass-heavy team, so the targets are going to be there for Diggs. Also, Emmanuel Sanders (knee) is doubtful, which could mean more targets for Diggs on Sunday. Fantasy managers should feel comfortable with Diggs as a WR1 for Week 15.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
