6 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Stephen Piscotty is day-to-day with quad soreness and is not starting in Wednesday's game against the Rangers. Piscotty exited Tuesday's game in the seventh inning and will be given Wednesday to heal up. The 27-year-old has had an underwhelming season, posting a .230/.288/.353 slash line in 205 plate appearances. At this point, Piscotty should not be owned in 12-team leagues or smaller and should be out of lineups for fantasy owners in deeper leagues.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
