5 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Stephen Piscotty (rib cage) took batting practice in the batting cage on Wednesday, according to Susan Slusser. Piscotty has been out with a rib injury and hopes to take batting practice on the field Thursday before hopefully getting into games this weekend. Piscotty only played in 93 games last season due to injuries but has some upside, as he batted .267 with 27 homers in 151 games in 2018. However, given his injury history and .720 OPS last season, Piscotty should only be drafted in deeper mixed and AL-only leagues.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
