3 years agoWashington Nationals pitcher Stephen Strasburg (neck) still hasn't resumed throwing. According to manager Dave Martinez, the team is waiting for the nerve irritation to subside before he can begin throwing. The 32-year-old has struggled to stay healthy and has been limited to just 21.2 innings this season. Strasburg remains without a timetable for a return and is day-to-day. He owns a 4.57 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and 21 strikeouts over five starts in 2021.
