Stephen Strasburg Undergoes Season-Ending Surgery
4 years agoWashington National starting pitcher Stephen Strasburg (hand) underwent season-ending surgery on Wednesday. Strasburg has carpal tunnel syndrome in his right hand. It’s a big blow for the Nationals and fantasy owners. The right-hander only made two appearances and was 0-1 with a 10.80 ERA in five innings. Strasburg’s biggest blemish has been his injury history, but owners may be able to get him a little later next year, as other owners may be wary of that in 2021 drafts.
