7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers catcher Stephen Vogt (shoulder) will head off to Arizona for extended spring training for the purpose of getting at-bats. He will go sometime in the next week. The plan after extended spring training would be for Vogt to then head off to one of the Brewers affiliates in the minors for a rehab assignment. His schedule now sits sometime around the second week of May for a return. He won't hold much value unless Manny Pina gets injured, as Vogt is projected to be the Brewers backup catcher when healthy.--Caden Inaba
