Sterling Shepard Back At Practice Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard (hamstring) was back at practice on Wednesday. He was joined by fellow wide receivers Kenny Golladay (knee) and Kadarius Toney (ankle), and while they were all limited to working on the side with trainers, it's a step in the right direction for the banged-up wide receiving corps. If any of the group is able to get upgraded to a limited practice on Thursday or Friday, it would make us more confident that they would dress against the Chiefs, who have been a fantasy defense to attack with quarterbacks and wide receivers. All three of Shepard, Golladay and Toney missed the Week 7 win over the Carolina Panthers, leaving Darius Slayton and Dante Pettis to lead the receiving corps in yards, targets and catches.
