Sterling Shepard Quiet With Three Catches
6 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard caught three passes for 24 yards in the Giants 20-13 loss to the Cowboys in Week 2. On a night when the Giants offensive line struggled to protect their quarterback, the passing attack was practically non-existent for most of the game. Shepard saw five targets in the game and was far down the pecking order that quarterback Eli Manning had to choose from. Shepard has the talent to be an asset on most fantasy teams but the Giants offense, as a whole, is off to a rocky start. Shepard will have an opportunity to bust loose next week against a Texans defense that has been shaky through the first two games.
