6 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard caught only two passes for nine yards, but none were more important than bringing down a three-yard touchdown catch to beat the 49ers in the final minute of the game. It was a quiet night for fantasy owners of Shepard but the touchdown catch salvaged his stat-line and gave the Giants their second win of the season. It has been a wildly inconsistent season for the third-year receiver playing in an offense that racks up yards but fails to score points. Shepard is no more than a depth asset on most fantasy rosters and will head into Week 11 with 42 receptions, 551 yards and three touchdowns.--Joey C - RotoBaller
