6 years agoBoston Red Sox pitcher Steven Wright (knee) will throw a simulated game on Sunday and will do some fielding practice on Monday. Manager Alex Cora said Wright is putting himself in the conversation to be included on the World Series roster. The knuckleballer continues to battle issues with his knee after having surgery last offseason. The right-hander had a 2.68 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 7.0 K/9 in 20 outings (four starts) in 2018. If he does make the roster, he'll work in a relief role for Boston.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
